What products do you sell?

We offer high quality beef, pork, Magnolia chicken and select seafood products.

We also carry Mr. Choo Master Meals, which are kids-approved ready-to-cook meal options for your convenience.

Can I request a custom cut or portion size?

While the weights are fixed for each product, you can specify your cut preference in the order instructions section during checkout.

Do you offer customization for cuts or packaging?

Yes, we can customize both cuts and packaging based on your preferences. Just add your requests in the order instructions section at checkout.

Do you have a physical store? Where is it located?

Yes, our store is located at 73 ML Quezon St., Brgy Parang, Marikina City.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery within Marikina City, and we can arrange deliveries in Metro Manila through third-party couriers like Lalamove, Grab Express, or Panda Express.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees are as follows:

  • Free delivery in Metro Manila for orders ₱3000 and above.
  • Free delivery in Marikina City for orders ₱1000 and above.
  • A fixed delivery fee of ₱100 applies for orders below ₱3000 in Metro Manila.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). However, we accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets for your convenience.

What is the minimum purchase requirement?

The minimum purchase amount required for each order is ₱2,000 for Metro Manila and ₱1,000 for Marikina . This helps us maintain efficient processing and ensures we can continue offering quality service to all our customers.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or if something is missing from my order?

If you receive the wrong item or notice something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been confirmed and paid for?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed and payment is made, we cannot modify or cancel the order. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.

What is your refund and return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for issues such as missing or incomplete items, or in cases of stale products.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and paid for.

Do you provide receipts?

Yes, you will receive a receipt with your order upon delivery.

Are you offering franchise opportunities?

Currently, we are not offering franchise opportunities, but we are actively working on plans for the future.
